Tennis Center Philosophy

The Eagle Trace Tennis Center exists for the enjoyment, safety and comfort of all Eagle Trace, Vizcaya, and Venetian Isles residents and their guests. In order to achieve these goals the Board of Governors of Eagle Trace has adopted the following rules and regulations. Any person(s) violating any of the rules and regulations could subject themselves to suspension from the use of the facility. Non residents are not entitled to any privileges of the Eagle Trace Tennis Center.

The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to insure all residents will have the availability of play at all times.

Tennis Center Rules and Regulations

  1. Residents are allowed to bring non resident guests to the Tennis Center as long as the Eagle Trace resident is present. A resident may bring up to three (3) guests at any one time. A resident may only bring the same guest two (2) times during any calendar month.

  2. Residents will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Tennis Center/Eagle Trace Community Association property for which they or their guests are responsible.

  3. All players, whether residents or guests, play at their own risk. The Eagle Trace Community Association is not responsible for any injuries or personal property damage.

  4. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children on Tennis Center premises at all times. They shall be responsible for all charges incurred by their children including any loss of or damage to Tennis Center/Eagle Trace Community Association property.

  5. The Eagle Trace Community Association reserves the right to terminate guest/resident privileges of any person(s) at its discretion.

  6. The Tennis Center is here for the private enjoyment of the residents and their guests. The facility cannot be used for any use other than recreational tennis play. No member may bring a teaching tennis professional unto the courts without the authorization of the Eagle Trace Board of Governors.
  1. The Eagle Trace Board of Governors may appoint an authorized exclusive teaching Professional for the Eagle Trace Tennis Center. Any additional teaching professionals must be approved by the Eagle Trace Board of Governors.

    1. Proof of legal ability to work in the United States.
    2. Photo Identification
    3. Valid Social Security card
    4. Provide proof of current U.S.P.T.A. membership

    2. Each resident may reserve only one court at a time per day.
    3. Reservations will be accepted from residents three (3) days in advance.
    4. Phone reservations are available only between 8:00am and Noon Monday through Friday.
    5. No one may sign up for another court while still engaged in play.
