In order to provide better security for all residents the following policies
will be strictly enforced:
1. I.D. Policy
Residents
· Residents without a clicker will use the guest lane,
o photo I.D. MUST be presented.
o If resident does not have I.D., the house will be called.
o If no answer, Resident will wait for a Rover escort to residence.
Guests and Vendors
· Any guest or vendor must show photo I.D.
o If no I.D. then the guest will not be granted admittance.
o If no answer, the guest or vendor will be denied access to the property.
2. Signage for Vendors
All vendors performing a service for the benefit of Eagle Trace Community
Association and its residents, must have signage on their vehicle to
identify the business and or service provider.
If the vendor does not have a sign,
o They will be directed to the west gate and park in front of the gatehouse.
o The rover will be called to assist.
o Eagle Trace will make signs available.
