SafeHouse Web Guest System Instructions
Eagle Trace is pleased to announce that effective Monday, January 4, 2010 you will be able to enter your guests via the internet on your computer in addition to using the current “Voice Authorization System”. Web Guest is fully secure and any entries will be transmitted to each Gatehouse immediately.
In order to access Web Guest please go to the Eagle Trace Web Site (www.eagle-trace.com) and click on the Web Guest link on the home page.
Once you enter Web Guest you will need to input your User ID which is your 10 digit primary phone number and your User Password which is your 4 digit security code.

After you log in correctly the “Guest Information Page” will be displayed. You must fill in all fields and click on “Submit” to complete your guest request.

Please note that if you have an email address on file with the Management Office you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be able to have a copy of your full guest list emailed to you for review. If you are unsure if your email address is on file please contact the Management Office.
Please note that you are only able to add guests for a maximum of 14 days through Web Guest. If you need to add guests for a longer period please contact the Management Office.
To add Permanent Guests you must either go the “Permanent Guest List Change” link or visit the Management Office. Permanent Guest List changes made through the web site are NOT immediate and will be entered on the next business day following submission. You are, however, able to immediately delete guests from your Permanent Guest List via Web Guest by clicking on “Delete Guest from Guest List” on the Guest Information Page.
We encourage all residents to try the Web Guest system however the Voice Authorization System will remain in service for your convenience if you prefer.
