The Hampton's is a sub division located within prestigious Eagle Trace.

Nearly everyone has heard about the rich and famous spending their summers in The Hampton's located in Long Island New York. We believe our private community offers similar characteristics that even celebrities find charming.

We are in close proximately of beautiful beaches. We have some of the greatest golf courses located nearby including our own PGA owned course: PTC at Eagle Trace. We have spectacular views, waterfront and water views and charming homes.

The Hampton's is a quaint private community where neighbors are eager to say hello or lend a hand when needed. The community is run by two board of directors and managed by Eagle Trace Community Association, Inc. We have the finest security firm controlling access and keeping a watchful eye. The board meets monthly and meetings are typically held the first Tuesday of every month (subject to change).

Our community is beautiful because we have specific rules and regulations which are fair and meant to preserve the beauty, upkeep, social and economic values. Our rules and regulations are fair and ensure the safety and upkeep of the entire community. All members of the community are invited with open arms to attend board meetings and to provide input.

The Hampton's is a community with houses that vary in size to accommodate couples to large families. The different home styles coupled with the modern color schemes and beautiful lush vegetation makes the Hampton's a tropical paradise.

Glen Master Bylaws

Glen Master Bylaws & Home Owners Association Documents

Residency and ownership of a residence in The Hamptons is governed by two sets of rules known as "The Bylaws". The Bylaws are extremely important as they define the rules of the community, the authority of the board of directors and are the legally binding documents that we must all abide by. It is very important for each and every homeowner to know and understand the Bylaws.

The Glen Master bylaws are the overall bylaws which impacts all of The Hamptons (including the condos).

The clubhouse use agreement must be completed and delivered to Eagle Trace Community Association. The agreement, security deposit and the non refundable fee are required for reserving and use of the clubhouse.

We require a $20 non refundable fee for the use of the facility. Also a $150 security deposit (check) is required which will be returned to you un-cashed upon inspection by Eagle Trace Community Association following your event (next day).

Please note - you must receive confirmation from Eagle Trace Community Association that the date you have selected is available.

The board of directors reserves the right to determine what activities and or events will be considered "board sanctioned".
