BOARD OF GOVERNORS LANDSCAPING WORKSHOP
MINUTES
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 – 7:30 P.M.
TPC Eagle Trace
President Marty Friedman called the workshop to order at 7:30 p.m. Those directors present were, Marty Friedman, Harvey Morrow, Renee Waltz, Ted Scatcherd, and Mickey Berk.
Absent: Nancy Frank and Jeff Eisensmith.
Management: Lou Brawer
Accountant: Carol Eskew
Mr. Friedman opened the meeting by thanking everyone for attending tonight’s workshop. He then explained briefly the purpose of this workshop. He then turned the floor over to Mr. Brawer who read a prepared statement talking about the project and the format for tonight.
Mr. Brawer then introduced Mr. Rhett Roy of Rhett Roy Landscape Architects who explained to the Board and the audience the purpose of the project and some of the factors that he looked at in order to come up with the concepts that were being presented tonight.
Once Mr. Roy completed his presentation the floor was open to residents to make statements or to ask questions. Each resident was limited to three minutes. The following residents spoke:

Once all the residents spoke Mr. Friedman again thanked everyone for coming. He stated that the results of the survey will not be announced until after the May 10, 2008 deadline. At that time the Board will decide which direction to take on this project based on the survey results and the comments received at this meeting.
Finally he announced that the next Regular Board Meeting will be held on May 20, 2008.
The workshop was adjourned at 9:15pm.
