Please deliver the following information to the Management Office.

1. A plot plan showing your lot/home, and where changes will be made.

2. A picture or drawing of any changes requested ( light fixtures,fences,etc. ).

3. A sample of paint color, sample of roof tile, and textures of any building materials.

4. Any other materials that may be required for the Committee to consider this application.

5. FOR PAINT APPROVAL YOU MUST ATTACH AN APPROVED CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS PAINTING PERMIT

Please be aware that the Architectural Committee must review your application before any work can be started. The Committee cannot accept verbal request and will review only written requests that have all the information necessary for them to reach a reasonable decision.
